Beautiful Garbage

This composition was created in 2016, a commission for a client based on a photograph that her father had taken for her mother of a garbage heap of fruits and vegetables. She said that her mother believed that beauty could even be found in a scene such as this. This mosaic was featured in SAMA’s Mosaic Arts International Exhibition in 2018.
